Pizzas

Thank you Lorraine for making this dough
and having the balls ready for us.

Barry came early and lit the fire. Here he
is chopping the wood.

We prepared our pizzas inside on these
wooden bats.

Cass and Faye helped us to put our toppings
on. The tomatoes and greens are from our
vegetable garden.

Cooking our pizzas.

Olivia and Olivia are enjoying their pizza.

Chelsea and Lola also enjoyed theirs.

Barry was very busy cooking over
thirty pizzas.

Watching and waiting is half the fun.

Oliver are you going to eat a whole
pizza?  It looks very yummy.

Blake and Josh enjoyed eating this
pizza together.

Zoe and Courtney gave a thumbs up
to everyone who helped.
Thank you Barry, Craig, Lorraine, Cass,
Faye and our teachers.

Yard Rubbish at the Main School

Last term the Grade 4 students walked around the Woodend school grounds and collected all the rubbish lying around in the gardens and on the oval etc. We collected two big, black garbage bags full of rubbish which we sorted out and audited. Afterwards we made a graph to show the various types of rubbish. Plastic was the worst!! There were also lots of cans and milk containers from the canteen which should have been put into the recycling bins.

Thursday Activities

This afternoon we started to prepare for
our next rotational activities, making gifts
for Father's Day! Dad's will you receive
one on September the first?

Raspberry shortcake anybody?

This afternoon Mrs Grinter assisted these
students to make raspberry shortcake with a
coconut topping. Would you care to join us
for morning tea tomorrow and try some?
Our morning tea was delicious.
Thank you cooks!
