Assembly Item

Today our students sang at the whole school
Assembly. Here they are at rehearsal.
They sang a song called "Wilderness."
Well done everyone.

Grade 3 Transition Day

After lunch we did an activity inside with
our buddy. Here Jaylyn and Beau and Harry
and Lily enjoy drawing some of the
fruits, herbs and vegetables in our garden.
Everyone worked really well with their
buddy for the day. 

Grade 3 Transition

Last Friday this year's grade 3's came
for a visit. They did jobs with the grade
4's. Here you can see a selection of
those jobs. As can be seen by the
students faces everyone seemed to
have a happy time. Well done grade 4
students for being wonderful hosts and
grade 3 students we hope you had a
fun day. We look forward to seeing
you all again soon.

Pikelets

Last week during Thursday Activities our
cooks made these pikelets. On Friday we
ate them with jam and cream. They were
very tasty. Thank you cooks.

Musical Item

Today at Assembly we enjoyed Sarah's
Senior Ensemble. Fergus played
the guitar, while Zoe and Matilda
played their flutes. Well done.

Sharing our Stories

Yesterday we sat with a partner and shared our
stories with each other. 

Kyneton Show

Jaz won first prize for entering
Banana at the Kyneton Show.
Congratulations Jaz a great effort.

Mitch won first prize for his
boiled fruit cake entry at the
Kyneton Show.
(He shared a slice with me at
recess and it was delicious.)

Flutists

At lunchtime today Zoe and Matilda were
spotted playing their flutes. They were
practicing for tonight's performance.

Lemon Cake

This week in Thursday activities our cooks
made this delicious lemon cake. We cut it
up and enjoyed a slice on Friday. Thank
you cooks.

Thursday Activities again!

Our Thursday Activities session remains
a favourite with most students. Each week
the students do a different activity even
though the activities remain the same.
This week the students proudly display
 Carlsruhe collages, colourful God's Eyes,
creative Christmas Poems and wonderful
wooden pencil cases. We thank our
adult helpers for their assistance.
